OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) – A transient has been sentenced to more than eight years in jail for the fire that caused more than $2 million to Olympia's new City Hall, while it was still under construction. The Olympian reports 22-year-old Joshua Stacy was convicted earlier this week of one count of second-degree arson and two counts of second-degree burglary. The Olympian originally reported that, in July, "someone entered City Hall’s new police squad room, added a chemical accelerant and set it ablaze.
