| Victim Took Killer's Photo Before Death |

MADISON, Wis. (AP) ― A woman killed and robbed of quarters she planned to give to the needy apparently snapped a photograph of the man accused of the crime, according to court documents filed Monday. Prosecutors on Monday charged Wilbert Leonard Thomas, 65, of Racine with one count of first-degree intentional homicide, one count of theft from a person or corpse and two counts of felony bail jumping in the death of Sandra L. Tiechow of Lake Geneva. A judge set his bail at $250,000 cash. Thomas' attorney, listed in online court records as Gary Smith, didn't immediately return a phone message left at his office.
