| CA State Prison No Longer On Lockdown |

The California Rehabilitation Center in Norco is no longer on lockdown this week, though officials are still investigating the circumstances of a violent incident that occurred on Oct. 9. The fight involved about 10 to 15 inmates, said California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokesman Luis Patino. Four of the inmates sustained serious, though not life-threatening, injuries, Patino said. Their conditions were upgraded to "good" on last week. Inmates involved in the fight have been, and are expected to be moved, to the California Institution for Men, in Chino, where they have been placed on administration segregation in order to make sure inmates who have a violent history with each other are not in the same location, Patino said.
