Warren police caught a prison break suspect this morning after reportedly trying to break into an empty home just north of 9 Mile Road. Jasen Jack Silverman, 34, escaped from a Tuscola County state prison on Monday, where he was serving time for multiple felonies, including theft and drug possession. Warren police responded to a call of the attempted break-in on Stewart Street at 4 a.m., and followed him in a black Dodge Ram reported stolen on Monday to Detroit, where he was arrested without incident on State Fair Street.
