| Murderer Convicted For Having Endangered Species |

A man who was convicted of second degree murder in 1996, got another conviction yesterday for possession of a green sea turtle that was removed from Saipan waters. Henry S. Ada, 31, and counsel, Sean Frink, signed a plea agreement with chief prosecutor Michael Ernest. Ada pleaded guilty to possession of an endangered and threatened species. Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja accepted Ada's guilty plea and the agreement. Naraja sentenced the defendant to six months in prison, all suspended except for the first 105 days.
