As an Elvis impersonator and local concert promoter for 30-plus years, Michael B. Myers is a veteran in the art of public persuasion. But he faced his toughest audience yet when he appeared before a circuit judge Tuesday to be sentenced on charges of organized fraud for promoting a bogus Kid Rock concert last year and stealing thousands of dollars from a man he considered a brother. Myers, 54, was ordered to serve five years in the state Department of Corrections.
