MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Records show an investigator who documented alleged sexual assaults of inmates by a Wisconsin prison guard was threatened by union employees and likely faced retaliation from management. Wisconsin Department of Corrections officials declined to discipline those who threatened Chris Kuchinski and another investigator has concluded they later trumped up a disciplinary case against him. Public records obtained by The Associated Press show union employees told Kuchinski they would retaliate against him because of the investigation into the assaults.
