Avery Sheriff Kevin Frye reports that the North Carolina Department of Corrections is looking for a man on outstanding Felony Probation warrant. They’re looking for thirty seven year old Steve Allen Jones, last know to be in the Elk Park area of Avery County. He may be in the company of a thirty two year old female named Brandy Rose. Rose has an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. Anyone with information about the location of either Jones or Rose is requested to call High Country Crimestoppers at 828-737-0125.
