| Gang Member Suspected In Teenager's Shooting |

Kennewick police have identified a known gang member as a suspect in a Halloween night shooting that wounded a 15-year-old boy. Orlando Cameron, who also is known as "Joker," was last known to be living in an apartment at 6207 W. Albany Ave., Sgt. Ken Lattin said. Cameron, 30, is 5-foot-7, 190 pounds with a shaved head and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos, including "LENNOX" across his forehead, "Jasmine" over his right eyebrow, pink lips on the left side of his head, faces on his chest and LAX and Boy on the back of his head.
