| Overdue Bill Leaves Guam Prison Without Water |

Guam - Half of the Department of Corrections' prison compound in Mangilao is without water. Acting DOC director warden Frank Crisostomo confirming that information with KUAM News this morning, saying the water was cutoff yesterday. According to Crisostomo, DOC had signed a promissory note with the Guam Waterworks Authority, stating it would pay it outstanding $160,000 water bill last week. Because that did not happen, the water was cut. Crisostomo is now left trying to fix the situation. He is working with GWA, the Governor's Office and BBMR on the issue. Read More. |
