(WSB Radio) -- A 32-year old man was caught shortly after flashing a woman in a Fayette County library, police said. Jeffrey Leran Boozer, of Riverdale, left the library after the victim confronted him. But a witness was able to spot his tag number, said Fayette County Sheriff's office Investigator Brent Rowan. Boozer was still in jail Monday morning. He is charged with public indecency for the incident on Nov. 1, Rowan said. His bond has been set at $2,400. Read More. |
