Guam - The water at the Department of Corrections has been fully restored. GWA'S Heidi Balledorf reports that the Department of Administration paid the full $318-thousand dollars past due amount late Friday afternoon and water service was turned back on Friday evening. About half of the prison had been without water from Thursday morning through Friday afternoon. GWA intended to shut off the water to all of the facility but one of GWA's meters lies within the prison and could not be reached by GWA crews. Read More. |
