GUAM - The Governor is cracking down on DOC. At 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, news came from Adelup that Governor Camacho had ordered Department of Corrections Director J.B. Palacios removed. He also ordered D.O.C. Lieutenant Antone Aguon to step up and hold down the fort during a criminal investigation into possible security violations and criminal activities at the adult correctional facility. The news comes after a controversial 36-minute video surfaced in various media this week -- a video showing inmates enjoying a barbecue at the prison while brandishing an axe. Read More. |
