| Sex Offender, Fugitive Captured By US Marshals |

Lancaster, CA – The U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSRFTF), working in conjunction with investigators from the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force (FRFTF) in Pensacola, FL arrested a man wanted by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office this afternoon in California on a warrant charging him with Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of a Minor and Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. Elmer Omar Bonilla, 40, was arrested at about 1:30 (PST) this afternoon at his mother’s house by the Task Force based out of Los Angeles. According to Task Force Officers there, Bonilla was captured after he stepped outside of the home on the 44000 Camolin Avenue in Lancaster, a suburb of Los Angeles. Reports from the Sheriff’s Office allege that the charges stem from an ongoing course of sexual conduct involving Bonilla and the victim from 2007 until 2010. The U.S. Marshals in Pensacola contacted the Task Force in Los Angeles last Friday and provided them with the information they needed to arrest Bonilla. The Task Force in Pensacola caught up with a Michigan fugitive today after a couple days of surveillance. Donta Vonshae Sullivan, 28, is wanted by the Michigan Department of Corrections for Home Invasion Robbery with a Gun, Parole Violation and Dangerous Drugs.
