Teen Faces Prison After Guilty Plea In Stabbing

An 18-year-old Harrison Township woman pleaded guilty Monday morning to felonious assault and aggravated assault charges in the stabbing of another woman before the St. Clair Shores fireworks display in June.

Elizabeth Hallums pleaded guilty to the charges one day before her trial was to start before Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Diane Druzinski.

"I was involved in a physical altercation in St. Clair Shores," Hallums said softly as she pleaded guilty.
