A convicted sex offender pleaded guilty today to the 2004 sexual assault and murder of a three-year-old suburban Chicago girl whose father was wrongly accused in the crime. With the parents of Riley Fox sitting just a few feet away, Scott Eby said in a clear voice the word 'guilty' six times - ensuring he will spend the rest of his life behind bars. In exchange for the 39-year-old's plea, prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty.
