Family of Norman Eynar Herrera, 57, has been found in Redding, Calif., according to Billings Police Department Kevin Iffland. Herrera's body was found badly decomposed in some brush on the side of the BBWA Canal north of Poly Drive near Pine Street on Oct. 22. The body was identified as Herrera shortly after being discovered, but law enforcement had difficulties finding next of kin. Read More. |
