A Morrisville man guilty of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals and abuse of a child was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday in Webster County Circuit Court, with probation possible after a 120-day treatment program. Kevin T. Browning, 50, a former school bus driver for Marion C. Early schools, was found guilty of videotaping female juveniles in the bathroom of his home and videotaping another female juvenile exposing her breasts on the school bus between August 2006 and March 2007. A Webster County jury found him guilty on July 28. The jury recommended four years in prison on each invasion of privacy charge and seven years on the abuse charge — the maximum sentences and a total of 15 years. Read More. |
