| Convicted Killer Paroled To Hawaii Raises Concerns |

CHARLESTON - The story of Justin Boulay's parole is making news not only in Illinois but elsewhere, including Hawaii, where Boulay plans to live after he gets out of prison from his sentence for killing Andrea Will in 1997. Authorities in Hawaii have been notified of Boulay's plans and will supervise his parole, said Sharyn Elman, spokeswoman for the Illinois Department of Corrections. Boulay apparently married while he was in prison, and his wife is a college professor in Hawaii. Television station KITV in Honolulu reported that Will's mother said Boulay and his wife, who wasn't identified, met in Illinois before Will's death, and she was a character witness for him at his trial, according to the station's Web site.
