CHICO, Butte County -- Law enforcement spent the summer cracking down on sex offenders at California fairs. We've learned that three of them were arrested at a fair right here in the Northstate. The California Department of Corrections used GPS technology to arrest three sex offenders at the Silver Dollar Fair in Chico back in May. The parolees had been instructed not to enter fairgrounds where they would come into contact with children. Read More. |
