| Court Rehab Celebrates Treatment Graduation |

The Yolo Superior Court will hold a court proceeding and formal ceremony Monday for graduates of the Court's Felony Probation Drug Court. The ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m. in Department 4 of the Courthouse located at 725 Court St., Woodland. Judge Janet Gaard will preside over the ceremony. The Felony Probation Drug Court has been operating in Yolo County since 1999. The adult drug court is for prison bound defendants who have been convicted of non-violent crimes and have significant drug/alcohol addictions. The participants are under strict monitoring with comprehensive supervision. It offers criminal defendants an opportunity to be successful in treatment instead of going to state prison. Read More. |
