Killer Paroled, Moving To Hawaii With New Wife

We can't even begin to imagine how the family of Andrea Faye Will is feeling after they received the news that Justin Boulay, who was convicted of murdering Will in 1998, is being paroled and leaves prison tomorrow for Hawaii, where his wife is a college professor.

Boulay was convicted of strangling Will with a telephone cord. Boulay confessed the murder to his parents and tried to plead temporary insanity, but was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to 24 years in prison, a sentence that Will's mother said at the time showed ""that more value was placed on his life than my daughter's." Based on Illinois law at the time of his sentencing, Boulay had a day of his sentence cut if he exhibited good behavior. Department of Corrections officials say that Boulay has met the terms of his parole.
