Prosecutors filed a manslaughter charge Monday against a teenager who is accused of stabbing his father to death with a sword. Dustin Wade Moore, 15, was charged as a youthful offender with first-degree manslaughter in the heat of passion. Moore, a ninth-grader, told police that his father, John Byron Moore, 37, struck him in the head with a wrench before the stabbing at their Sand Springs home on Nov. 1, police records state.
