WARSAW, N.Y. - A sex offender is behind bars after police say he surfed for porn in a public library, in front of a child. According to a report filed by the Warsaw Police Department, Peter Garvey, 53, of Warsaw, was arrested on October 27th for endangering the welfare of a child for looking at pornography while on a computer at the Warsaw Public Library. According to the New York State Department of Corrections, Garvey is a level 2 sex offender. Police say the incident at the library happened on October 26th.
