A rights guide for Alaska prisoners has been updated. The American Civil Liberties Union of Alaska Foundation said the online guide is free and a print version may be purchased by prisoners, advocates and others. ACLU officials said the guide summarizes prisoners' rights in Alaska. There are three parts to the guide. One examines current Alaska laws for prisoners.
