Guam - Aside from addressing the overtime problem and preparing the agency for the new administration, Department of Corrections Acting Director Antone Aguon says he is still working with the Guam Police Department to investigate a barbecue caught on camera that included inmates at the Minimum Security Unit and the agency's warden.

Aguon says he has spent the last week meeting with the chief of police and other investigators.

He adds that GPD has also requested the assistance of a conservation officer from the Department of Agriculture before they begin conducting interviews about the incident. "Based on the investigation, we will look at our policies and see what appropriate if any is taken against any of the inmates or staff, but cannot really comment on that right now until I see the investigation," said Aguon.
