| Women's Prison May Get Baby Friendly |

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal is asking the Legislature to create a nursery at the women's prison in Lusk so inmates who give birth can spend time with the newborn before returning to prison life. The facility would also let other inmates have day and overnight visits with children. The Casper Star-Tribune reports that the plan calls for spending $1.2 million to remodel existing space at the Lusk prison for the program.
