NORMAN — An inmate who escaped from a Department of Corrections work center last week has been captured in Norman. Jerry Massie, Department of Corrections public information officer, said U.S. Marshals apprehended Zachary L. Ramsey, 25, Monday night at a Norman apartment complex. Ramsey escaped from the Earl Davis Community Work Center in Holdenville Nov. 24. Massie said Ramsey was serving a 10-year sentence out of Oklahoma County for assault with a dangerous weapon.
