YAKIMA, Wash. -- The second-degree murder convictions of a felon who killed two Yakima men in a crash while fleeing police in a stolen car have been upheld by an appeals court. Blake Young, who was found guilty in February 2009 and sentenced to 36 years in prison, had challenged his convictions to the state Court of Appeals on a variety of grounds.
