FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL (KTVI-FOX2now.com) — A sting by St. Louis Police, FBI and U.S. Marshalls netted an associate of ATM solutions robbery suspect John Wesley Jones. Myron Kimble was on the run when investigators caught him at St. Clair Square in Fairview Heights, Tuesday at about 12:30pm. Kimble is an associate of ATM Solutions heist suspect John Wesley Jones. Police say Kimble and Jones kidnapped two women from St. Charles County, took them to where one of the women worked (The Currency Exchange in St. Louis) and forced the women to access the vault holding thousands of dollars. That was in April. Authorities say Kimble's been a fugitive since then. Jones was arrested after the ATM Solutions heist in August. St. Louis Police caught Jones leaving his girlfriend's home on Page where they found cash tucked in the insulation of the attic. Police also reported finding more than a million dollars spread out in the back of Jones' Dodge Charger. Police have not linked Kimble to the ATM Solutions heist. But he has been named as an associate of Jones. Kimble has a long violent criminal history with previous charges in the last couple years for statutory rape and resisting arrest. The Missouri Department of Corrections shows Kimble in its system for tampering with a motor vehicle. Read More. |
