| County DOC Gets New Director |

Clatsop County has appointed an interim director of the county's Community Corrections Department. County Manager Duane Cole announced Wednesday that Justin Hecht will replace outgoing director Cora Lane on an interim basis. Lane departed from the position Nov. 30. Hecht will lead the department as the county considers the future role and direction of Community Corrections, which faces potential funding challenges as a result of the State of Oregon's budget crisis.
