Four inmates are charged with smuggling drugs and contraband into SCI-Somerset from Feb. 9 to March 10. The four men used people outside the state prison to ship packages into the facility via mail and transferred inmate numbers, state police said. Thomas Allen Staboleski Jr., 23, Ramon A. Gholson, 32, Chris Antonio Webb, 42, and Anthony Taylor, 27, are all charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy/contraband and one count each of criminal attempt and criminal solicitation. While randomly monitoring telephone calls, a correctional officer overheard Webb talking about someone owing money for a package, police said.
