A death row inmate who kidnapped then brutally raped and killed a 12-year-old Orange County girl died in prison Friday. Robert Power, 50, died at 3:53 a.m. at the Union Correctional Institute in Raiford, a department of corrections spokeswoman said. His death appeared to be from natural causes, but a medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
