Former prison supervisor pleads guilty in bribery case |

A former prison supervisor accused of taking bribes to arrange conjugal visits for an inmate has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors. Tony Carlysle is a former lieutenant and supervisor at the Indian Springs Conservation Camp, which is part of Nevada's Southern Desert Correctional Center. He has pleaded guilty to one count of misconduct by a public officer and one count of conspiracy to commit voluntary sexual conduct between prisoner and another person. Carlysle's lawyer John Moran says he expects Carlysle to receive probation. His sentencing has been set for September 17th. |
