EAST WINTHROP -- A group that works with adolescents in foster care has received a $150,000 grant to establish a "multidimensional" treatment program for 10 youths in Androscoggin, Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset counties who are involved with the Department of Corrections.
