| Prisoners Back In Max Security Jail |

The 70 prisoners have been in other areas since September when it was revealed some cells in the four-year-old high security complex had weak points. The Industrial Commission yesterday over-ruled prison guards' safety concerns with the section. The decision came just hours after the re-capture yesterday of high security escapee Rodney Crosswell after a short period of freedom.
