MESA, Ariz. - Mesa police say a former Motor Vehicle Division employee was using their job to help traffic drugs. Mesa police arrested 12 people and seized $300,000 worth of methamphetamine and cocaine along with firearms. The suspects are accused of running a multi-state drug trafficking ring out of Mexico. Officers say someone in the MVD was providing the suspected drug traffickers and illegal immigrants with photo ids. Read More. |
