| Two OR Men Face Potential Execution |

Bruce and Joshua Turnidge now face a sentencing phase that will determine whether they will spend their lives in prison or die for their crimes. The penalty phase of trial begins at 1:30 p.m. today and will include several days, if not weeks, of testimony. A schedule of this phase has not been released. If they are sentenced to death, Bruce and Joshua Turnidge will be the 35th and 36th men on death row in Oregon. The other 34 convicted killers facing death are men.
