| Court Begins For Military Man In Guam |

GUAM - This morning at the Department of Corrections parole hearing room in Hagatna on the 5th floor of the DNA building there was a closed door court martial hearing for Bernard Alan Jennings. We spoke with Military Police and a Navy Lieutenant before the court martial who told us this was not a public hearing and to obtain any information from COM-NAV-MAR Public Information Officer, Lt. Jodie Cornell. According to Lt. Cornell, this was a preliminary court martial hearing in regards to the theft of a laptop from Navy Exchange. Jennings was transported from DOC for the court martial.
