Guam - Former DOC Warden Major Francisco Crisostomo filed a complaint with the Guam Police Department against DOC Acting Director Antone Aguon for Official Misconduct. The complaint case number is 10-236245. It accuses Aguon of official misconduct. But no charge has been filed against Aguon who told PNC News he is not aware of the complaint. Crisostomo was recently assigned to DYA from the Department of Corrections in the wake of the barbecue video controversy. The former prison warden says while on administrative leave, he received a letter at his home and three anonymous phones calls pertaining to DOC's barbecue video and how it was made public. Crisostomo alleges that the current acting director's name, Lt Antone Aguon, was mentioned that he had a copy of DOC's barbecue video and may have been the one to leaked the controversial video.
