| Technical Issue Lands Parolee Back In Jail |

A man classified as a sexually violent predator was arrested Wednesday for allegedly violating terms of his parole. Emmanuel Bitsuie, 25, had been living in the 1200 block of Evans Avenue. Bitsuie was released from the Colorado Department of Corrections in September. Wednesday's arrest marks his second for violating his parole. Katherine Sanguinetti, a DOC spokeswoman, said she didn't know what Bitsuie's exact violation was but said, "It was technical violation. It's not a new crime or anything. It could be anything from missing a meeting with his parole officer or not getting in before curfew." Read More. |
