A Cando man is scheduled to be in court Tuesday after failing to register as a sex offender. Logan McKenzie plead guilty in 2006 in Barnes County, to gross sexual imposition and burglary after having contact with a minor under the age of 15. He was sentenced to five years at the Department of Corrections with two years suspended and five years of supervised probation. After his release, McKenzie listed his address as in Cando, but has failed to register as a sex offender. Read More. |
