Several inmates from the state pen were out of prison Wednesday and doing some good with their free time. It's called Scoop It, A government program that uses minimum security inmates to clear driveways of those needing assistance. You may have seen them earlier this week, A group inmates clearing off sidewalks and driveways but Department of Corrections Officer Jim Miller says you shouldn't be alarmed by these loose prisoners.
