Two Horry County men were ordered to serve 12 years in prison on charges related to a fatal shooting and robbery of a 24-year-old man in 2005, according to court records. Neil Hill, 28, of Conway, and Antonio Smalls, 34, of Myrtle Beach each pleaded guilty to being an accessory before the fact of a felony in the October 2005 death of Miles Slay. Circuit Court Judge Steven John sentenced the men to each serve 12 years in prison and to not be housed in the state Department of Corrections with two other men, who also are serving prison time in connection with the crime.
