In October 2009, Sauk County Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Johnson reported Caleb G. Funmaker, 23, failed to return to jail as scheduled from an alcohol and drug assessment at the House of Wellness that was to be taken as a routine part of Funmaker's Huber work release privileges. In his report, Johnson stated he made numerous attempts to contact Funmaker, but was unable to find him. Read More. |
