The lawyer representing a city woman convicted of negligent homicide in connection with a fatal boating crash is continuing to fight the state's decision to suspend her boating privileges for three years.

Erica Blizzard, 37, of 65 Gold St., was convicted March 18 for failing to keep a proper lookout when the boat she was piloting struck a ledge outcropping on Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, killing her best friend Stephanie Beaudoin.
