MAPLE SHADE — Authorities on Tuesday continued to search for a woman believed to have been abducted by a man arrested Sunday night at a Maple Shade motel. Kenneth Patterson, 57, was arrested by authorities as he walked out of the Clover Motel around 9:13 p.m. Sunday, according to court documents. Patterson, who authorities said kidnapped Diane Corado, his ex-girlfriend, Sunday morning at her southeastern Pennsylvania home, had what appeared to be blood on his clothes when he was taken into custody, according to the documents. Authorities also found a "large amount of red liquid consistent in appearance with blood" inside Corado's vehicle, which was recovered in the 1600 block of Norris Street in Camden around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, according to an affidavit used to obtain a search warrant for the vehicle.
