More than a year and a half after a fatal shooting during a drug deal gone bad, the person of interest in the case is being freed from prison on an unrelated charge. Henry Ford Wheeler, 45, a career criminal with 60 arrests on his record, will walk free the day after Christmas, much to the consternation of the mother of the murder victim, Jeremy Markley of New Smyrna Beach..
