An inmate at the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections is facing an additional charge after she bit a corrections officer. Amber R. O’Harrow, 26, was being restrained by two corrections officers for being “disruptive and combative” at the time of the incident, according to an incident report from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
