Victims of sexual abuse in the four local prisons in Dodge County have someone to turn to when dealing with the pain left over from abuse. PAVE not only helps people who come to them deal with sexual assault. They also reach out to others to increase the number of people that they help. “We go in and help both the male and female victims and talk to them whether the sexual assault happened when they were in prison or if it happened when they were a child,” PAVE sexual assault victim advocate Ann Kilian-Khan said.
